Hey, I am Margarita and I created this blog to share my reflections, ideas and resources which have provided personal value to the work I do over the years.

The core of my experience is within the human development sector. I have been fortunate to do great work and serve for more than two decades. Beneficiaries include a little less than sixty (60) organisations operating in the Caribbean (Suriname, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Jamaica, Haiti and The Bahamas).

I have a profound belief in the ability of humans to create magic and like the lotus/ lily the resilience to transform any crisis into an opportunity for a new life.

I am a country girl at heart, I love spending time with my extended family and friends with whom I can laugh, music gives me life, any problem can be solved with a good discussion and a bottle of wine, dancing, reading and spending time in nature.
